  • Refusal of delivery without valid reason may result in:

    • Order cancellation

    • Restriction or blocking of future COD orders

  • Gizmo reserves the right to disable COD for customers with repeated order refusals.

6. Orders and Confirmation

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

  • An order is considered confirmed only after Gizmo sends a confirmation message or email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistics partners.

  • Delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which complies with Moroccan consumer protection laws.

In accordance with Law No. 31-08:

  • Customers may request a return within the timeframe stated in our Return Policy.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging unless defective.
